  1. Strengthen Your Basics

Candidates should have a rock solid foundation to crack any entrance exam with good marks. It is necessary to have a strong hold on the fundamentals of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the questions will be asked from Class XI and XII (or in the equivalent course) Board Syllabus. Focus on Probability, Integral Calculus, Coordinate geometry and other important topics while preparing for Mathematics. Organic Chemistry contains the maximum marks, hence, it must be mastered, and for Physics, the whole NCERT problems and theories need to be studied. Once your basic principles of these subjects are sound, then you can attempt any question with confidence.

  1. Time Management

When tie-breaking mechanism is employed, candidates with better marks in Mathematics are preferred and after that candidates having more marks in Physics, received a better rank. Every subject is equally important for aspirants. Make a study plan that will give equal importance to all sections.

  1. Study Material

Too many cooks spoil the broth. Hence, to prepare well for the examination stick to limited JEE Main study material instead of referring too many books.
