Has Anyone Here Actually Tried Lady Era for Muted Sensation? ¶

Hi everyone. I’m a little nervous to be writing this, but I've been reading this forum for a few weeks, and it seems like a safe place to ask some very personal questions. I feel like I'm at the end of my rope and I don't know who else to talk to about this.
My problem is a bit strange, and it's been slowly getting worse over the past two years. I'm 38, and my husband and I have a great relationship. I love him very much, and I am still very attracted to him. In my mind, I want to be intimate and close with him. The problem is that when we are, my body feels like it's a million miles away. It’s not a lack of lubrication, that’s not the main issue. The issue is a complete lack of physical sensation. It's like the volume has been turned down to zero. I can feel touch, but it doesn't register as arousing. There's no heightened sensitivity, no feeling of blood flow or swelling, no tingling. It just feels like neutral touch. Because of this, I haven't been able to have an orgasm in over a year. It's physically impossible to get there when your body isn't giving you any feedback.
This has had a terrible effect on my self-esteem. I feel like I'm just going through the motions. I feel like a spectator in my own body during what should be the most connected moments with my husband. He is kind and patient, but I can tell he knows something is wrong. I can see the confusion in his eyes. How do you explain to the person you love that your mind wants them, but your body is just completely offline? I feel like a fraud, and the guilt is becoming a huge weight on me.
I've been searching online for months, trying to find answers. I kept finding articles about low libido, but that's not my problem. My libido is fine. My problem is purely mechanical, purely about the physical response. Eventually, my desperate searching led me to information about sildenafil for women, and specifically to products like Lady Era. I've read the medical explanation that it works by increasing blood flow to the genital area. This makes a lot of logical sense to me. It seems to directly address the physical issue I am having. If there's no blood flow, there's no swelling or sensitivity. So, in theory, this should help.
But I am so scared to try it. I have so many questions, and I was hoping maybe someone here has some real-world experience. I'm not looking for medical advice, just personal stories. My main question is about the sensation itself. Does it make things feel more sensitive? Does it actually help with reaching orgasm for those who have trouble because of a lack of physical feeling? I'm worried it might just be a physical reaction without any real change in pleasure. I also worry about the side effects. I've read about headaches and facial flushing. Are they severe? Is it worth it if the side effects are so distracting that they take you out of the moment anyway? I guess my biggest fear is that it will feel artificial, or that I'll feel like I'm "on" something. I just want to feel like my old self again, to have my body and mind be connected. I'm hoping this could be a tool to help me do that, but the idea of taking a pill for this is still very intimidating. Any thoughts or experiences anyone is willing to share would be so incredibly helpful to me right now.
